Kris Rogers was my realtor for selling my home and buying another. I wanted to relocate to another area, and Kris made that happen. This was a stressful process, but Kris made it much better. He would always make sure to call me back if he missed my call. He stayed on top of it and was great at letting me know where we were in the process. Kris was very fair with his rates and gave me a great deal! When Kris was not available, he made sure to assign other licensed and informed agents to my cause. He was able to sell my home and help me buy another. We were able to close on the same day! I would highly recommend Kris because he is reliable, trustworthy, helpful, and straightforward.
Kris is an outstanding person. He is second to none in every aspect of life. This man goes above and beyond for anyone and everyone!
If I could give Kris more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Being new to Colorado, my partner and I had a million questions for Kris, and he answered all of them happily. It didn't matter if we messaged him early in the morning, or requested his presence at a showing late into the evening- he was always there. As first time home owners, we couldn't have asked for a better experience or realtor to guide us through the process. What really stands out about our time with Kris is that it doesn't end once you've signed final paperwork; he has continued to check in on us and offer his resources and referrals for plumbing, electricians, etc., which makes him that much more invaluable. I can easily say that as long as we live in Colorado, he will have us as customers and friends, too!
My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of working with Kris, who helped us buy our first home. He is incredibly knowledgeable in the neighborhoods and areas throughout the Denver metro area, which really made it easy to find exactly what we were looking for. He was incredibly accommodating and was willing to take us to showings late into the evening to plan around my work schedule, and I really appreciated it. Kris showed how much he truly cares when he went to bat for us while negotiating price, seller concessions, and post-inspection repairs. I don't think anyone else would have fought as hard for us as he did (and won!). Overall, Kris is an amazing realtor, and I look forward to working with him again in the future.
